Live and discontinued passports use your hosted allowance. Drafts, historical versions, translations, passport views and documents do not.
Hosting follows your subscription
Public hosting continues until the end of your paid period, then stops. Your workspace data remains private unless you reactivate or ask us to delete it.
Downgrades protect hosted passports
You cannot downgrade to a plan that supports fewer passports than you have already published. Published passports cannot be removed or unpublished; choose a plan with enough capacity.
Private data after cancellation
After public hosting stops, your workspace data remains private. You may reactivate later or request deletion by emailing admin@farodigitalmedia.com.
