Repair information
Qualified-service demonstration guidance: isolate the battery from all loads and charging sources before service. The battery-management unit, main contactors and external connectors are designed as replaceable modules using standard insulated service tools. Cell-level repair should only be undertaken by appropriately trained battery technicians.
Recycling information
At end of life, isolate and protect all terminals and return the battery through an authorised industrial-battery collection scheme. The aluminium enclosure and copper conductors should enter appropriate material-recovery streams and the LiFePO4 cells should be processed by an approved battery recycler. Never dispose of the battery with household waste.
Sustainability information
Demonstration sustainability profile: designed around a 10-year / 4,000-cycle illustrative service life, replaceable battery-management electronics and contactors, recyclable aluminium and copper content, and authorised industrial-battery collection at end of life. Carbon-footprint and recycled-content figures are illustrative demo data and are not independently verified.
