Purpose of the service
DPPora provides software for creating, maintaining and publishing Digital Product Passports and related product records. The platform may also provide workflow assistance, validation tools, translation features and supporting services related to product passport preparation and publication.
Responsibility for information
Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring that product, company, regulatory, sustainability, safety and other information they submit is accurate, complete, lawful and suitable for publication. Users must also have the necessary rights to upload and publish any logos, images, documents or other materials supplied to the platform.
Intellectual property
The DPPora name, software, interface, original text, design and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers retain rights in the product information and materials they lawfully provide, subject only to the rights required for DPPora to host, process and publish those materials as requested.
External services and links
DPPora may depend on third-party infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, storage and security providers, and may contain links to external websites or services. DPPora is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites or services except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or modify parts of the website or platform where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, regulatory developments or service improvement. Reasonable care is taken to keep published information current, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Deleting your personal account removes your login, profile and access; it does not delete the organisation, products, passports or version history. If you are the last owner, renewal is cancelled and public hosting continues until the end of the paid subscription. If another owner remains, the organisation and subscription continue normally. After hosting ends, organisation records remain private for authorised continuity and recovery; there is no automatic 90-day deletion. Request permanent organisation and passport deletion at admin@farodigitalmedia.com. We verify authority before erasure or restoring access to a colleague; signing up alone grants no access to an existing organisation. Personal data is retained only while necessary for a lawful purpose, including legal recordkeeping and claims; statutory privacy rights remain available independently of organisation deletion.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This website and service are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply by law. For business users, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid unless another forum is legally mandatory or expressly agreed in writing.
